When Robert S. Vaden known by his family, friends and acquaintances by" Bob" wanted to start his own general contracting business he needed a name. After lots of thought and consideration "By The Bay Construction" was chosen by Bob & his wife Karen for their love of Birch Bay and the surrounding areas.

Objective

To offer his integrity and his expertise in construction, to gain your confidence and ultimately customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

A construction professional, possessing 30 plus years experience in both residential & commercial project management.

• Known for honesty & fairness in dealings with subcontractors and customers.

• Have regularly supervised 50-60 workers on commercial jobs with hands-on and management familiarity with all types and aspects of building construction from design, permitting to final completion.

• Coordinated with architects, engineers, owners, bankers, and procurement of all materials, capital equipment, and furnishings.

• Successful in keeping projects within or under budget and on time while maintaining a high quality of construction.

Bob has over 30 years experience in both commercial and residential construction as a project manager and supervisor in the industry. By looking at his reference letters you will see, he takes a lot of pride in what he does and will go the extra mile to get the job done, on schedule, and with in the budget, without sacrificing the quality he strives to achieve.
